Las canciones de este álbum fueron grabadas entre 1984 y 1987 (algunos con Phil Ramone en la  producción). La mayoría de ellos siguen siendo inéditos hasta hoy en día, mientras que otros (sobre todo "Beautiful Night") fueron re-grabados. Las pistas 3, 6, 7, 8 y 16 son demos.
Todas las canciones son de Paul McCartney, excepto la pista 14 (Lennon / McCartney) y la pista 16 (McCartney / Stewart).

7 Big Day 5:36 Mostly instrumental. Unreleased song. Demo recorded in 1986 and 1987.

8 This One 3:26 Studio demo recorded in February 1987. 

9 Love Come Tumbling Down 4:22 Recorded on March 10th (Sussex, England), 1987. Released on the Beautiful Night CD single.

10 Christian Pop 2:21 Recorded in early 1987, this unreleased instrumental will be later adapted for the Paul McCartney's Liverpool Oratorio.

11 Atlantic Ocean 6:47 Recorded in March 1987. Alternate version from Oobu Joobu 1 - Young Boy CD single.

12 Love Mix 3:01 Recorded on April 24th, 1987 (Sussex, England). Released on the Oobu Joobu 5 - Beautiful Night CD single.
