ESPECIAL 15 DE MARZO 2026 "El Último De La Fila – Enemigos De Lo Ajeno 1986"

Hay discos que se escuchan. Y hay discos que se viven.

Enemigos de lo Ajeno, de El Último de la Fila, pertenece sin duda a la segunda categoría.

Cuando uno vuelve a Enemigos de lo Ajeno siente algo raro, como si se encontrara una vieja libreta en el cajón de la cocina. No es nostalgia vacía: es memoria viva. Ese disco de El Último de la Fila no nació con la intención de ser clásico; nació de la necesidad. De dos tipos —Manolo García y Quimi Portet— que venían de tocar donde podían, de proyectos que no funcionaron, de noches de carretera en las que uno empieza a preguntarse si merece la pena seguir.

No eran estrellas ni querían serlo. Venían de Los Burros, que no terminó de despegar, y en una España que todavía estaba aprendiendo a mirarse al espejo sin miedo, ellos parecían fuera de lugar. No eran modernos como los de Radio Futura ni teatrales como Alaska y Dinarama. Tampoco eran rock urbano. Eran otra cosa. Gente que escribía canciones como quien escribe cartas que nunca se atreve a enviar.

Muchas letras de ese disco nacieron en servilletas, en cuadernos pequeños, en estaciones de tren. Manolo tenía la costumbre de apuntar frases sueltas que le venían de golpe: recuerdos de infancia, sueños absurdos, frases oídas en un bar. Luego Quimi las miraba con su ironía tranquila, y entre los dos las convertían en canciones que parecían raras pero que, cuando las escuchabas bien, hablaban exactamente de tu vida.
