Hace justo un año cerraba sus puertas Fresh & Alive, el blog musical dirigido por el Sr. X junto a su socio y hermano Andrés. The fist half of the album features GUNS N’ ROSES performing live at a big arena classic acoustic songs from the band such as You’re Crazy, Used To Love Her, Patience, and more. The second half is a recording at a FM radio studio, where the band did an interview and performed several songs, including One In A Million, and cool acoustic versions of Mr. Brownstone and Move To The City.

As extra, there’s the version of November Rain performed by Axl just with his piano.
